Every patient has a unique history, environment and biology. And I believe this holistic understanding of your health is critical to reducing symptoms and achieving optimal health. Therefore I work with patients to not only reduce symptoms but really clarify where their symptoms are coming from. At the end of each consultation, you receive nutrition and lifestyle recommendations designed to address symptoms and the underlying imbalance. In addition to feeling better, patients gain a “toolbox” of nutrition and lifestyle strategies that empower them to continue to build resilience in themselves and their families.
Concerns may include gut health/indigestion, hormone imbalance, stubborn weight issues, skin or hair concerns, glucose/insulin concerns, liver/cholesterol concerns.
Naturopathic consultations - 1 hour for new patients; 30 minutes for most follow up visits. Typically 3-4 visits are recommended to address specific health concerns. Most British Columbia Extended Health insurance provides coverage for naturopathic consultations and occasionally for naturopathic testing as well - we recommend checking your individual coverage.
